Su YAN

Su Yan is a medicinal chemist with over seven years of experience, currently working as a Senior Scientist at Parabilis Medicines. They have deep expertise in designing and synthesizing complex small molecules, macrocyclic peptide inhibitors, and PROTACs. Su was a key contributor to the development of ART26.12, the first selective FABP5 inhibitor, and SF-001, a novel polyene antifungal drug, both of which are in Phase I trials. Previously, they completed a postdoctoral research position at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, focusing on novel anti-fungal agents derived from Amphotericin B, and earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Stony Brook University.
