Benjamin Ståhl, Ph.D., is a strategic analyst and research leader specializing in policy analysis, foresight, and societal transformation. With over 15 years of experience, they have led cross-sector programs that integrate government, industry, and academia to enhance decision-making and organizational learning. Currently serving as a Principal Analyst at the FOI Swedish Defense Research Agency and Chair of the Board at Stiftelsen Blue Institute, Ståhl's past roles include Senior Management Consultant at Mercuri Urval AB and Assistant Professor at Uppsala University.
