David Gustavsson is currently a Förste Forskare (Senior Scientist) at FOI, where they conduct research in computer vision. Previously, David worked as a Software Computer Vision Engineer at Virtual Edge and as a Senior Vision Researcher at Voca, specializing in 3D real-time tracking and point cloud processing. Earlier in their career, David served as a software engineer at Cellavision, focusing on image processing and pattern recognition. They hold a Master of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Lund University and a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Image Processing from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
