Vrijheid en gewoon leven met een fysieke beperking? Fokus maakt het mogelijk! De cliënt huurt een aangepaste woning van een woningcorporatie. Fokus verleent vervolgens bij de cliënt thuis assistentie bij algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (ADL). Dat doen we op afroep en op aanwijzing van de cliënt. En dat 24 uur per dag en zeven dagen per week. Zo houdt de cliënt zelf de regie over zijn eigen leven. Dat maakt Fokus gewoon en bijzonder tegelijk.
