Arpit Agarwal

Arpit Agarwal is a legal professional with extensive experience in legal and public policy functions. Currently serving at Fold since February 2022, Arpit leads all legal functions, including corporate restructuring, IP management, and regulatory strategy. Previous experience includes working as an External Legal Consultant for Devfolio from March 2022 to December 2024, where Arpit supported significant projects like ETHIndia and negotiated contracts with major partners such as Google Gemini and Coinbase. Additionally, Arpit was an Associate at AZB & Partners in the General Corporate/M&A/PE team and gained early experience as a Fellow at the Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property and Competition, focusing on patent injunctions and IPR protections. Arpit holds a BA LLB (Hons.) from National Law University, Delhi, and participated in a semester exchange program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
