Will Wang

Will Wang is a medical device enthusiast with extensive experience in the research and development of cardiovascular technologies. They served as R&D Director at Laguna Tech USA from 2020 to 2025, leading the design and development of transcatheter heart valves. Prior to that, they held the role of Research Development Engineering Manager at HighLife, overseeing the development of transcatheter mitral valves and managing the valve manufacturing team. Will's earlier roles include Senior R&D Engineer at Medtronic, where they managed transcatheter aortic valve design verification testing, and R&D Engineer at NanoVasc, Inc., where they contributed to the company's first prototype for hemodialysis. Currently, Will is pursuing both a B.S. and an M.S. in Bioengineering at UC San Diego.
