Matías Perez

Matías Perez is a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer & Project Manager at Folder IT. Matías was previously a Technical Lead at Gobierno de la Provincia de Santa Fe from April 2021 to November 2021. Matías was responsible for leading a team from UTN-FRSF to carry out an evaluation of the province's election process, carry out a functional and use analysis of the telegram scanning system, of the telegram transmission system (SETT) and telegram entry system (SIT). Matías also had to define an infrastructure to process all the information generated during the process, detect improvement points and analyze the quality of the process and the systems involved.

From April 2016 to October 2017, Matías was an Analista Funcional - Quality Assurance at Gobierno de la Provincia de Santa Fe. Matías was responsible for carrying out requirements gathering, validation and verification for the expansion of driver's license system functionality. Matías also wrote user cases and carried out testing for them. In addition, they implemented new driver's license issuance centers in the province, provided training to personnel of those centers, and provided support. Finally, they integrated the driver's license system with infringement systems, including testing and implementation tasks.

Matías Perez has a Master's in Engineering in Information Systems from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and a degree in Information Systems Engineering from the same school.
