Dmitry Shust has a diverse work experience in various roles, primarily focusing on product management and strategy. Dmitry is currently serving as the Co-founder, Product & Strategy at Frostbite.ai, leading the development of an intuitive and charge-free solution for streamlined cold outreach. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager at Folderly and Ciklum, where they demonstrated their skills in overseeing product development. Dmitry also served as a Product Manager at Helfy, TeamVS - Find your teammate!, and Qlub.Poker, where they held the additional responsibility of CEO. Earlier in their career, Dmitry worked as a Program Manager at Persy Bots, Product Manager at DevCom, and Chief Product Officer, Co-Founder at MatchMe, an IT recruitment startup. Dmitry began their career as a Recruiting Specialist at GlobalLogic. Dmitry has consistently excelled in their roles, leveraging their expertise to drive product success and contribute to business growth.

Dmitry Shust attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Dmitry then continued their education at the same institution from 2010 to 2012, obtaining a Master's degree in Administrative Management/HR.
