Caleb McCann

Director of Programs at Folderwave

Caleb McCann has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1995 with their first entrepreneurial venture as a Brewer at Tommyknocker Brewery in Idaho Springs, CO. In 1999, they founded their own consulting firm, McCann & Associates, where they developed an internal and external marketing plan and a comprehensive branding strategy for a $7 million start-up company in the wellness/fitness/spa industry. In 2004, they became a Management Consultant at Market Edge, where they led business facilitation, decision making processes, and systematic project implementation efforts as an external consultant to global executive teams. From 2000 to 2011, they served as a Research Associate at the Glavin Center for Global Management at Babson College. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Executive Vice President & Partner at Silver Oven, where they oversaw operations including strategy, software development, IT, client servicing, sales, marketing/branding, and HR, and managed the operating budget, 5 direct reports, and 22 indirect reports. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, they were the President & Co-Founder of Seabric Technologies, LLC, where they focused the company on improving data transparency, reporting, and associated processes, workflows, security, and presentation. Since 2013, they have been the Director of Programs at Folderwave, Inc., where they oversee programs across the company, including operational and strategic initiatives. Caleb leads cross-functional teams that include engineering, QA, customer support, sales/marketing, administration, and information technology, and they control and contributes business functions such as product platform operations, internal IT, customer support, customer education, document operations, audit response, and a substantial operating budget.

Caleb McCann's education history began in 1986 when they attended Cardigan Mountain School. Caleb then attended Gould Academy from 1988 to 1991. Following this, they attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1991 to 1995, obtaining a BA in Anthropology. Finally, they attended Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 1998 to 2000, obtaining a Master of Business Administration.
