Folec Communications (B) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Brunei Darussalam on the 10th February 1987, with operating addresses at Unit D9, Shakirin Complex, Kiulap, Bandar Seri Begawan and a branch office at Kuala Belait, Brunei Darussalam.

Folec, whilst as an agent of Motorola was established with it initial mission to promote the use of RF communication in this nation and developing local support services which has been the key weakness in Brunei. Today Folec is a leading System Solution Integrator specialised in the RF communications, ICT, TelCo/Telephony solution and security application solutions provider. Folec still continue to represent Motorola since its incorporation and now includes Mitel, Avaya-Nortel, Dell, GE and SysMaster into its product portfolio and various international application partners.

Folec maintains the principle of selling and promoting its capability for the benefits of its customers. Over the years it has established itself as an outstanding home-grown company being viewed as an institution of learning and developing skill sets.

Our first priority is always to ensure the availability of after sales support. We are constantly maintaining support teams of each skill set to ensure local support presence. Folec has further invested in an in-house Helpdesk centre to meet service level expectation of its clients.

The company believes that the future growth depends largely on its professional practices in every aspect of its works. The recognition of the importance in these areas has prompted Folec to strive for continuous improvement in processes and practices for systems integration.

As a solution provider company, project management is the crucial part of project deliveries. Folec have high emphasis on quality project management by providing its staff with continuous professional development in this area.

To date, Folec have a total of 51 employees comprising of 72% locals.
