Lars Steffen

Lars Steffen is currently the Director of Customer Success at Foleon since April 2021. Previously, Lars held various customer success roles at different companies such as Pavilion, Gain Grow Retain, Celtra, Havas Media Group, and UM Worldwide. Lars also has experience as a Senior Account Manager at Havas Media Group and as a Key-Account-Manager at UM Worldwide. Lars started their career with a Volontariat at Axel Springer SE and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Medienmanagement from Fachhochschule St Pölten. Lars recently completed a leadership training course at Pavilion to enhance their leadership skills and team communication.
