Laura Stapleton

Laura Stapleton serves as the Vice President of People at Foley, a role held since September 2025, where the focus is on fostering an agile and high-performance workplace culture. Prior to this, Laura held a similar position at Engine from September 2022 to September 2025, leading HR and talent initiatives. Laura's experience also includes serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Mirakl from February 2021 to October 2022, and at Litmus from March 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included scaling talent acquisition efforts. Earlier career stages involved positions at Bullhorn, where Laura advanced from Recruiting Manager to roles in Talent Acquisition. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
