Stephen Dus, MS, has extensive experience in product innovation and research and development within the food industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Innovation and Enabling Technology R&D at Tyson Foods from 2020 to 2024, Stephen successfully launched new product platforms generating over $80 million in sales while managing rapid project timelines and limited resources. Prior roles include R&D Section Manager at Kraft Foods, where a snacks sustainability strategy resulted in a $30 million savings, and R&D Director for Sara Lee Foods focusing on bakery product development. From 2011 to 2020, Stephen held the position of Director of Product Development for Jimmy Dean and Frozen at Tyson/Hillshire Brands, leading diverse teams and managing significant R&D projects. Additionally, Stephen is a member of the Board of Advisors at Folia Materials, contributing expertise in paper packaging technology. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree in Food Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
