Ali Shafiq is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and support roles. Currently serving as Lead System Engineer at Folio3 Software since April 2019, Ali has expertise in configuring and administrating AWS and Azure cloud services. Previously, Ali worked at FutureNow Technologies as a Senior IT Support Engineer, providing remote network support to clients, and at Systronic IT Group PTY LTD as an IT Support Engineer, managing network and voice infrastructures. Ali began a career in technology as a Wireless Engineer at Huawei Technologies.
