We are Folk, the award-winning co-living brand by DTZ Investors.

We're setting a new standard for renting, designed around the needs of today's city renters. We build homes that bring people together and positively impact those in and around our buildings.

Folk homes offer the perfect balance of privacy and socialising. Residents enjoy private studio apartments with ensuite bathrooms and kitchenettes, and thoughtfully designed communal spaces like a gym, cinema and co-working space, plus events, superfast Wi-Fi and council tax all included in one easy monthly bill.

This is renting that feels good.
