Sofia Hällsten

Sofia Hällsten is a seasoned communications specialist with extensive experience in various roles within notable organizations. Currently serving as Kommunikationsspecialist at Folksam since September 2025, Sofia previously held the position of Kommunikationsansvarig HR at Axfood from March 2017 to September 2025, leading HR communication efforts and participating in strategic HR and communication groups. Other roles include project leader in Axfood’s communications department, editorial communications specialist at Publik Kommunikation, and editorial positions at SJ AB, Nordiska Tidningsbolaget, and several media outlets. Sofia's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Södertörn University and various leadership and diversity training programs.
