Folkuslab is a research and development lab. Four disciplines in one practice: psychology, anthropology, internal communications, and technology.

Most problems inside organisations sit in more than one layer at once: the people, the systems they're inside, how decisions got communicated, and the tools the team is working with. We listen across all four.

We start from what an organisation is already trying to do, and the moment it has got stuck. From there, the shape follows: an honest read of how a leadership team is functioning; a fresh set of eyes across the people data already on file; a structured listening read after a restructure; an assessment that measures whether a programme changed behaviour; an AI tool that rides a cadence the team already runs.

The patterns we keep meeting, and what we're currently looking into, are at folkuslab.com. If something in how your organisation is working has stopped moving, we'd like to hear about it.
