Ed Mueller

Ed Mueller is an experienced IT professional with a background in service delivery management and software development. As Service Delivery Manager at Follett since March 2021, Ed oversees multiple teams responsible for critical business applications. With a long tenure at Sogeti, starting in 1997, Ed has held various roles, including Director, where responsibilities included managing the delivery of IT applications and leading teams in transitioning clients to managed services.
