Etai Beck

Etai Beck is the CEO and Co-Founder of Folloze. Prior to Folloze, they were the Sr. Director of Strategy and GTM Operations at Juniper Networks from April 2008 to September 2012. In this role, they were responsible for long term product and GTM strategy. Etai also launched a cross-function Enterprise GTM development program that elevated the value proposition from products to solutions, scaled up channel reach, and focused and deepened marketing messaging and delivery.

From June 2005 to December 2008, Etai was the GM of Israel Voice Center of Excellence at Juniper Networks. In this role, they led Israel site operations including R&D, PLM, CS, Sales/SE, Finance, HR, Admin/facilities, and IT. Etai also led the end-to-end product life-cycle for a team of 65 people with an annual budget of $8.5M.

During their time at Juniper Networks, Etai orchestrated a complete technology integration that transformed Kagoor hardware and operating system into a complete hardware and software solution running on Juniper M/MX series routers. Etai delivered the first product release in 18 months. Etai also re-organized the engineering staff, structure and process to create a highly aligned and capable Junos development Center of Excellence. This resulted in a steep decline in customer case counts and allowed predictable innovation cycles to stabilize from 12 months error of estimate down to 3 months. In addition, they launched an integration process with major customers and partners (NTT, NSN).

Etai Beck has a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
