Gon Lavi

Gon Lavi has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

In 2009, Gon worked as a Training Materials Developer at AMAREL LTD.

From 2011 to 2014, they were employed by Netafim as a Marketing Assistant, where they developed a business plan for Netafim's offering to small holders and supported the Commercial Chief Officer in the development of the company's 3-year strategy.

In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst, where they supported the head of the product unit in new product development processes and analyzed the profitability of Netafim's product portfolio.

From 2016 to 2018, Gon served as a Product Marketing Manager at Netafim, creating marketing plans for new product launches and collaborating with local marketing teams for execution.

In 2018, Gon joined Netcraft Israel as a Project Manager. In this role, they successfully delivered multiple projects annually for various startups and enterprises, leading cross-functional teams and managing account relationships.

In 2019, Gon returned to Netafim as a Product Manager - Digital Tools until 2022.

Currently, Gon is employed as a Product Manager at Folloze, starting from 2022.

Gon Lavi began their education in 2011 at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Psychology. This program lasted from 2011 to 2014. In 2019, Gon attended two different programs. They first enrolled in the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology for a Product Management degree in the field of Business, which took place in the same year. Later in 2019, Gon studied User Experience in Digital Interfaces at Netcraft Academy. Most recently, from 2021 to 2022, Gon Lavi participated in a Product Management Mentoring Program called Product League, focusing on Product Management.
