Fomcenco Law was established by Dr. Alex Fomcenco following many years of legal studies and work experience in the legal field across the continents of Europe and North America. After practicing as an in-house Legal Counsel for a few years, Mr. Fomcenco joined Academia in 2012 and researched, taught, and published internationally on matters of general Corporate Law, European Union Law, Contract Law, North American Business and Corporate Law, and Transnational Mergers and Acquisitions for almost 8 years.
