Jonathan Gerber

Jonathan Gerber has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Jonathan started their career as a Mechatronic Technician at AFEMA Automatisierungs- und Steuerungstechnik GmbH, where they worked from October 2010 until May 2015. Jonathan then joined SCHERDEL SALES & TECHNOLOGY, INC. in May 2015 as a Project Manager for a few months before transitioning to Scherdel Entergietechnik GmbH (SENT) as a Process Engineer R&D from September 2015 to February 2016. Jonathan returned to SCHERDEL SALES & TECHNOLOGY, INC. in January 2016, this time as a Process Engineer. Jonathan held this position until April 2019.

In 2019, Jonathan joined Fomcore as a Lead Engineer, where they worked from June 2019 until October 2020. Jonathan was then promoted to the role of Engineering Manager in November 2020 and continues to work there to this day.

Jonathan Gerber completed their education with the following chronological history:

From 2017 to 2019, they attended Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business and obtained a Master of Science - MSMSL degree in Management, Strategy and Leadership.

Between 2011 and 2015, they attended Hochschule Hof, University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering - BE degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Industrial Engineering).

In 2010 to 2014, they attended Vocational School Lorenz-Kaim-Schule in Kronach, Bavaria, Germany, and completed a Mechatronics Technician program.

In addition to their formal education, Jonathan Gerber has obtained several certifications:

- In November 2016, they received the Datalogic Machine Vision Programming certification from Datalogic.

- In November 2014, they completed the Intercultural Competence and Communication program offered by KulturLernen.

- In February 2014, they obtained The REFA-Basic certificate from REFA-Bayer e.V. This certification focused on training for work organization, process structuring, and data management.

- In October 2012, they completed the Businessplanerstellung - Von der Idee zum Geschäftsplan (Business plan creation - From the idea to the business plan) program offered by f.u.n. netzwerk nordbayern gmbh.
