Steve Lepper

Steve Lepper currently serves as Vice President of Finance at FOND Bone Broth, overseeing critical financial services and strategies within the Senior Leadership Team. Previously, Steve was a Fractional CFO and Consultant at Tech Stack CFO, providing advisory services focused on financial models and operational efficiency. As a founding partner of TripHero, Steve directed financial operations, budgeting processes, and reporting during the company's inception. Additionally, Steve contributed as a Technical Advisor for Harpos FC, the country’s top men's amateur soccer team, and co-founded Colorado Spurs, a supporters club for Tottenham Hotspur. Steve held the position of Executive Director at St. Vrain FC and has experience coaching men's soccer at both the high school and club levels. Steve holds a Master’s Degree in Athletic Administration from the University of Northern Colorado and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Hope College.
