Hélène Jacques

Hélène Jacques, MBA, ASC, C. Dir., is an experienced corporate administrator and strategic consultant with over 30 years in the financial sector. They have held various senior management roles, including at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Desjardins, specializing in financial management, project implementation, and strategic operations. Currently, Hélène serves as the president of Solutions EPCC inc and holds multiple board memberships, including vice-president of Bâtirente and member of the TMX Group’s special committee on derivative regulations. They are committed to responsible investing and have a strong educational background, including an MBA from HEC Montreal and certifications in corporate governance.
