Jonathan Lapointe

Jonathan Lapointe has a diverse background in communication and training, with experience spanning over a decade. Previously serving as an Assistant Manager at RBC, Jonathan transitioned to roles in academia and consultancy, currently functioning as a Lecturer at UQAM and a Consultant at Fondaction, specializing in skill development and sales. Previous positions include Training Designer at GROUPE CFC and Learning Consultant at Videotron, where Jonathan focused on creating and implementing training programs. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Communication from UQAM and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Communication, concentrating on group emotional intelligence.
