Jonathan Roy is currently the principal legal advisor at Fondaction, specializing in corporate and commercial law, governance, contracts, personal information, insurance, and pension plans. Previously, they served as a political advisor at the Ministère de la Justice du Québec from 2020 to 2022, and held various roles in legal practice, including notary in corporate and commercial law. Jonathan has also taught corporate law at the Université de Sherbrooke. They are pursuing multiple degrees, including a Master of Law and a D.E.S.S. in taxation, at various esteemed institutions.
