Aina Vao is a health centre located in Mahajanga, on the northwestern coast of Madagascar.

We bridge modern medicine, community and nature to build holistic health.

Since 2016, our facility has delivered nearly 200,000 consultations, conducted over 100,000 lab tests and supported 3,000 births - providing essential care for a community facing significant economic precarity and climate vulnerability.

Now, we are transforming our health centre into a reference hub. Where specialized healthcare, nature-based solutions and empowered communities work as one.

Join us and help build a regenerative future for holistic health.
