With over 20 years of experience, Ross has built and executed strategies that empower organizations to innovate and adapt. As the Founder of Better World Projects Ltd., Ross created the Better World Programme, which aims to enhance quality of life for young people in Zimbabwe and Tanzania through education. Additionally, as the Founding Director of The Weaving Lab, Ross leads a global community focused on collaborative leadership for universal wellbeing.
