Fondation Charles Corm is a cultural and environmental foundation based in Beirut, dedicated to connecting Lebanon’s rich past with its evolving present and future.

Inspired by the life and work of Lebanese writer and entrepreneur Charles Corm (1894–1963), the foundation offers multilingual programs, events, and educational initiatives grounded in three core pillars:

🌿 Defending our natural heritage — promoting sustainable development and biodiversity, inspired by Corm’s early environmental activism.

🤝 Creating a platform for exchange — hosting exhibitions, talks, performances, and screenings in a unique Art Deco setting designed to foster dialogue.

📚 Revisiting our history — preserving and sharing a rich archival collection that offers new perspectives on Lebanon’s 20th-century literary, political, and economic life.

Our mission is not to look back with nostalgia, but to engage critically and creatively with Lebanon’s legacy — to inform, inspire, and shape the conversations of today.
