Bernard Belloc

Bernard Belloc currently serves as the Délégué territorial de la Fondation du patrimoine pour le Tarn et Garonne since June 2017, and simultaneously operates as an Associé at Belloc Conseils since September 2012, providing consulting services in training, higher education, research, and innovation, while also developing academic and economic partnerships with Chinese institutions. Additionally, Bernard Belloc has held the position of senior strategic advisor at SKEMA Business School since September 2012, and has previously contributed as a higher education and research advisor at the Présidence de la République from June 2007 to May 2012, as a scientific advisor at the Ambassade de France en Chine from September 2005 to June 2007, as President of Université Toulouse 1 Capitole from November 1998 to October 2003, and as President of the Conférence des présidents d'université from January 2001 to December 2002.
