Soumaya Dimassi

Soumaya Dimassi is a seasoned education and training professional with extensive experience in coordinating pedagogical activities and training programs. Currently serving as Coordinatrice pédagogique Rhône Alpes at Fondation INFA since September 2020, Soumaya has held various roles at the organization since 2014, including Chargée Pédagogique and Coordinateur de formation. Prior experience includes leading multi-site training initiatives in tertiary and tourism sectors, as well as providing guidance to senior public participants on skills assessment and career planning at AFPA TRANSITIONS. Additionally, Soumaya has worked in retail management and commercial roles, developing expertise in organizational design and client relationship management. Soumaya is pursuing further education in coordination of private training establishments and has previously earned a degree in professional adult education.
