Fondia, with about 100 lawyers, is the largest (non BAR) business legal service provider in the Nordic region and also a forerunner in business legal services. Our passion and mission involves renewing the legal industry to truly meet the modern customers’ needs.

Fondia’s Legal Department as a Service (LDaaS) works like an outsourced legal team function where we offer a full service business law house. Our work is swift, flexible and uncomplicated and we provide the very best service and comprehensive legal expertise to a fixed, compatible and transparent price.

Fondia has been granted the “Financial Times Innovative Law Firm award and gained bronze in 2018 and silver in 2015 as one of the game changers of the industry. Fondia has been repeatedly voted as the number one employer in the legal industry throughout Europe by a Great Place to Work. In 2018 96% of our customers said they would recommend our service to their friends. So we dare to say that Fondia is truly rewriting the legal industry.

Today we are the first publicly listed company in our field, strengthening our foothold in Northern Europe. Our group revenue in 2024 was 25.6 million euros and we keep growing. Currently we employ over 100 people in Finland, Sweden and Baltics: our customers can enjoy services from our more than hundred experienced and very approachable business law experts. Our success formula is all about people; building a fantastic workplace is a strategic choice for us.
