Edoardo Nova

Edoardo Nova is a Private Equity Associate at FSI since 2020, with prior experience as an Off-cycle M&A Analyst at Lazard focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings from 2019 to 2020. Edoardo also worked as an Off-cycle Investment Analyst at LIO Capital, specializing in special situations and distressed investments from 2017 to 2018, and completed a summer internship in investment banking at Mediobanca in 2016. Edoardo's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Finance and Private Equity from The London School of Economics and Political Science obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from King’s College London awarded in 2017, along with an International Baccalaureate from CATS Cambridge completed in 2014.
