Ilkka V.

Ilkka V. has extensive work experience in sales and sales management roles. Ilkka started their career in 2012 as a Sales Representative at Enia. In 2013, they joined Elisa as a B2B Sales Representative and later became a Sales Team Manager. In 2020, they moved to Elenia as a Sales Manager, overseeing Sales and Energy Services. Currently, Ilkka holds the position of Area Sales Director at Fonecta Oy, which they joined in 2022.

Ilkka V. attended TAKK Tampereen Aikuiskoulutuskeskus from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained the degree of Merkonomi. In 2001, they started studying at Lempäälän lukio and completed their education there in 2005. In 2016, Ilkka V. participated in the Coaching leadership :: Valmentava esimies -valmennus program, which lasted until 2017. Ilkka then enrolled in the Coaching leadership :: Valmenna tiimisi onnistumisiin program in 2019. Additionally, Ilkka V. received training in data protection and became a Data Protection Ambassador at Elisa, specializing in GDPR, data protection, confidentiality, data privacy, and privacy protection. Recently, in April 2023, they obtained the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals certification from LinkedIn.
