Jacques Bonvin

Jacques Bonvin is a seasoned corporate lawyer with extensive expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and private equity, currently serving as a Partner at Niederer Kraft Frey since January 2023. In addition to this role, Jacques has been active as an Advisor to the Team Principal and Legal Counsel at Artemis Racing since August 2010, and as External General Counsel for the Solar Impulse Foundation since January 2017. Furthermore, Jacques holds the position of General Counsel at SOLAR IMPULSE and serves on the Board of Fongit, Switzerland's leading innovation incubator, since July 2022. Prior experience includes a prominent partnership at Tavernier Tschanz from November 1997 to December 2022 and a long-standing role as a Senior Associate at the Swiss Armed Forces, achieving the rank of Captain. Jacques also contributed to academia as a Lecturer at EPFL-HEC in the Management of Technology Executive MBA program from September 2010 to December 2016 and has international experience from previous roles at Herbert Smith and Slaughter and May. Jacques earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Geneva between 1986 and 1989.
