Sofia Leal

Sofia Leal has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sofia is currently working as an Enablement Operations Manager at Fonoa since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Product Operations Manager at Fonoa from November 2021 to June 2023.

Before joining Fonoa, Sofia worked at Toptal as a Business Analyst in Business Operations from July 2020 to October 2021. Their role involved providing crucial insights and recommendations for improvement, extracting insights from data, and delivering impactful decisions.

From May 2019 to June 2020, Sofia served as a Business Operations Manager at Feedzai, where they designed, executed, and managed company initiatives and operations. Sofia also reported to the senior management team and fostered a data-driven approach to decision-making.
