Previously, Roel served as Lead Manufacturing Engineer at ELEO | Modular Battery Solutions, where responsibilities included team expansion and technical coaching to enhance battery module production through automation. Roel's entrepreneurial experience includes owning QUADD ENGINEERING, specializing in (elektro)mechanical and software design for industrial machines. Diverse roles at Smart Robotics involved product ownership, Scrum leadership, and system integration, complemented by an intern position at Avular researching sensor fusion. Roel's educational background includes a Master of Science in Systems and Control from Eindhoven University of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and additional relevant studies.
