Cody Sample

Cody Sample is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant management. Currently serving as the General Manager of La Cote at Fontainebleau Miami Beach since April 2023, Cody has previously held the position of Director of Operations at Transparent Alternative Healthcare from September 2021 to August 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at Palm Restaurant Group from October 2016 to August 2021, where Cody progressed from Assistant General Manager to Acting General Manager during the challenging Covid-19 period, and held multiple positions including Beverage Director. Education was completed at All Saints' Episcopal School, resulting in a high school diploma in May 2011.
