Alan Scott

Alan Scott is the Head of IT - Global Markets at Fonterra, bringing over twenty-eight years of experience in the IT industry, spanning utilities to global manufacturing and FMCG environments. Previously, Alan held various leadership roles within Fonterra, including Transformation Delivery Manager and IT Manager for APAC, where they managed extensive teams and multi-million dollar projects. Alan's expertise encompasses programme and project management, IT strategic planning, and developing strong stakeholder relationships across different organizational levels. Prior to their tenure at Fonterra, Alan worked at Mighty River Power as Group IS Business Systems Manager and held roles at Summit Quinphos, NZ Dairy Group, and Livestock Improvement Corporation. Alan graduated with a Bachelor of Computing and Mathematical Science and a Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Waikato.
