Amy Chen is an experienced open innovation manager, currently employed at Fonterra since August 2023. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions at Tip Top Ice Cream from May 2017 to August 2023, including innovation manager, innovation project manager, senior R&D technologist, and R&D technologist.
