Carol

Carol Ma is a Lead Technologist at Fonterra, where they have held various roles since 2010, including Lead Technologist for Liquids Chilled & Cream and Global Process Technologist. They also facilitated operational readiness in 2013 and contributed to the Cream Cheese and Fats Centre of Excellence. Prior to their tenure at Fonterra, Carol served as a Lecturer in Food Engineering at Massey University from 2001 to 2004. Carol earned a First Class Honour degree in Food Technology and Food Engineering from Massey University between 1994 and 1997.
