Damitha Mapa

Damitha Mapa currently serves as the Director of Integrated Supply Chain at Fonterra, where they lead a team of over 450 members in planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. They previously held various leadership roles at GSK, including Head of Procurement and Head of Operations, and gained foundational experience at Hemas Holdings PLC and Holcim Lanka Limited. Damitha earned a BSc in Engineering from the University of Moratuwa and is pursuing further qualifications in Management Accounting and Marketing. They also hold an MBA in General Management from the Postgraduate Institute of Management.
