David Hall has extensive experience in health and safety and operational excellence within Fonterra, starting from January 2004 to the present. Currently serving as the Health and Safety Lead for the Capital Projects team on an expansion project, David is responsible for contractor pre-engagement health and safety assessments. Previous roles include Health and Safety Coordinator, managing toolbox meetings and work fronts, as well as leadership positions overseeing production lines and teams. David has also made significant contributions to operational excellence through coaching best practice methodologies, facilitating problem-solving initiatives, and managing various projects aimed at improving efficiency and safety in the workplace. David holds a certificate in Competitive Manufacturing Management from NZIM and completed the Fonterra Fast Track Programme.
