Emma Willis

Emma Willis is currently the General Manager of Governance at Fonterra, where they manage the Co-op’s governance strategies. Prior to this role, they served as Corporate Counsel for Australia and New Zealand at Fonterra and held the position of Group Intellectual Property Counsel at Tesco. Emma's career began with a role as a Solicitor at Simpson Grierson, followed by a position as a Law Tutor at the University of Otago. They also worked as a Research Assistant at The University of Auckland while earning a distinction in their degree from the University of London. Emma is currently a member of the Board of Trustees at Point Chevalier School.
