Fran Cook

Fran Cook is an experienced health and organizational leader currently serving as the GM Health, Rehab, & Psychosocial Safety and General Manager Occupational Health at Fonterra since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the National Manager Force Health Organisation with the New Zealand Defence Force from February 2020 to August 2023 and as the Practice Support Manager at Pegasus Health from November 2018 to January 2020. Fran has a diverse background in business consulting as the Director and Principal Consultant at Conduce Consultancy Services, contributing to health care management and organizational change. Additional roles include Executive Committee Member at Alzheimers Canterbury and General Manager for Clinical Services at Nurse Maude, where responsibility encompassed the development and growth of clinical operations. Fran's career began as a registered nurse at Capital Coast Health, and educational credentials include an MBA from Southern Cross University, an MA in Applied Nursing from Victoria University of Wellington, a Bachelor of Nursing from Whitireia Polytechnic, and a Diploma in Comprehensive Nursing from Victoria University of Wellington.
