John Ramsay is an experienced professional in the food engineering and innovation sectors, currently serving as Platform Manager for Dairy Food Design at Fonterra since January 2018. In this role, John leads Fonterra's breakthrough innovation strategy, focusing on high-risk, high-reward dairy food science and technology initiatives.
