Libby Lu has been with Fonterra since January 2010, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Intelligence. In this role, Libby partners with the Greater China leadership team and key customers to formulate and execute business strategies that drive growth. Previous positions include Commercial Business Partner roles focused on strategic accounts and business development within the foodservice sector, where Libby drove significant growth through market transformation and strong customer relationships. Libby has also led the rollout of Integrated Business Planning across Greater China and served as a Business Performance Manager, consolidating financial reporting across regions. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Finance & Information Management from The University of Auckland and a certificate in Consumer Neuroscience & Neuromarketing from Copenhagen Business School via Coursera.
