Malcolm Bailey

Malcolm Bailey is an experienced National Transport Transformation Manager at Fonterra, where they lead a team focused on modernizing On Tanker Technology for the Milk Collection Fleet. Previously, Malcolm held various roles at Fonterra, including National Planning & Dispatch Manager, Business Analyst, and Business Solutions Manager, where they managed operational budgets and stakeholder engagements. They began their career as a Team Leader in the Graduate Program at The Warehouse and have a Bachelor of Management Studies with a double major in Economics and Finance from The University of Waikato. In addition to their corporate experience, Malcolm briefly worked as a Voting Place Manager for the New Zealand Electoral Commission.
