Matt Roach

Matt Roach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in farming operations and management, currently serving as GM Farming Operations at Fonterra since June 2018. Prior roles at Fonterra include National Farm Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager (CNI), along with a significant tenure in various management and analytical positions within Fonterra's International Farming division. Prior to this, Matt served as General Manager at Roach Farming Group and held roles in risk management and accounting at Flagstone Re, Beazley, and Deloitte New Zealand. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Management with First Class Honours in Accounting from Lincoln University and is a Chartered Accountant with credentials from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
