Matt Smith

Matt Smith has over a decade of experience in the dairy industry, primarily with Fonterra since November 2010, where roles have included Plant Manager for the Darfield Cream Cheese facility, Process Manager for the Darfield Milk Powder Plant, and Process Technologist for various sites. Responsibilities have encompassed staff management, technical troubleshooting, and production process optimization.
